AIDS Outreach Center is the only 501(c) (3) nonprofit agency in Fort Worth serving greater Tarrant County and seven surrounding rural counties with essential HIV prevention, education and outreach programs, comprehensive and vital services to men, women, children and families with HIV/AIDS and advocates for strong and sound HIV public policy.
Description: Immediately seeking student intern to work with the Director of Development and Marketing to develop ongoing social media relations, monthly newsletters, ad campaigns and annual campaign including special events and other related duties pertaining to communications to the community and to donors.
Requirements: Knowledge with word, excel, publisher and other graphic programs. And must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task; excellent organizational and inter-personal skills; must be a self-starter and an enthusiastic team player. This is an excellent opportunity for a student in the field of marketing and/or communications to develop their portfolio for either senior project or preparation for future job.
