In support of the leaders in our community during these challenging times, Courage & Renewal- North Texas (CRNT) introduces LeaderConnection. LeaderConnection is a series of two hour sessions hosted by CRNT where we invite leaders from non-profits to meet with colleagues for:
· Mutual support in the task of non profit leadership
· Honest conversation about the challenges and opportunities related to the role
· Learning from one another and together
· Development of strong, trustworthy relationships with colleagues
· Practice of skills that enable each person to lead from a place of authenticity, integrity, courage and impact.
· Development of practices that can be used in organizational leadership to increase trust, commitment, capacity, and contribution among staff, board and volunteers.

We ask that you register for the entire series rather than for a single session. This will enable the group over time to create a safe space for honest conversation, and to understand the principles and practices that enable it to be trustworthy.
