Substance Abuse Case Manager for Fort Worth

(2 Open Positions)

Case manager needed to complete screenings, assessments, referrals, and follow up for clients with substance abuse issues.  Applicant must have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, documentation skills, and computer skills; in addition to being a team player and client centered. 

Applicant must be a LCDC, LBSW, LMSW, LPC.
