Director of Business Operations

The American Red Cross Chisholm Trail Chapter is seeking a Director of Business Operations for their 73-county jurisdiction. The Director will provide executive thought, leadership and execution oversight to financial reporting, financial business operations, fiscal and human resource management, strategic development and deployment, budget development and management and achievement of revenue and expense targets.  Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in related field.  High level experience in the field will also be considered.  Human Resource training preferred.  Expertise in MIP software a plus.  Minimum 7-10 years experience in NP sector in field of accounting or finance, 1 to 3 at supervisory level.
