GRACE – Director of Development

GRACE is seeking a dynamic community leader who is energetic, organized, and mission-minded to oversee our Development operations and to plan and implement annual and special programs and fundraising events for the organization.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:   major donor cultivation (major gifts, planned giving, endowments); oversee a department of four; management of all event activities including volunteers, budget, marketing, sponsor & donor solicitation; public relations with churches, clubs, organizations, cities and volunteers through various communication efforts; service as a spokesperson and agency representative at numerous meetings and events.  Qualifications include:  Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience; CFRE; 3-5 years experience in non-profit fund development and event planning; demonstrated computer knowledge including experience in Microsoft software and Sage Fund Raising 50 software; excellent presentation skills to large and small groups.  Position reports directly to the Executive Director.  Forward resume and salary requirements to msimpkins@gracegrapevine.org or mail to GRACE, Attn:  M.
