VA Services Manager
Duties:
The VA Services Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the transitional housing programs and the special needs project for chronically mentally ill homeless veterans. Directly supervise case managers and group facilitators in preparing clients for permanent housing and self-sufficiency. Duties include collecting, analyzing, and reporting client utilization of shelter services, supportive services, and progression toward housing goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience with supervision of staff is required.
Experience working with diverse and/or difficult populations.
Experience working with the homeless population is preferred.
Experience with social service programming is preferred.
