Outgoing professional with passion for the mission of ending hunger to administer department’s food stamp outreach hotline, provide appropriate client referrals and conduct inquiry processes via phone and online software. Bilingual in English/Spanish is required. Must be highly organized, with attention to detail, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks in providing supportive services to team, while handling confidential matters appropriately is crucial for success in this position. Performs and maintains data entry for the department.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, with minimum of two years experience in an office environment, or equivalent combination of education and related work experience. Verifiable volunteer experience will be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
