TCU Nonprofit Web Development Assistance

TCU Nonprofit Web Project

This project is conducted in connection with the senior level Business Information Systems Consulting (INSC 40813) class offered at TCU. Using real non-profit organizations, students act as consultants to plan, design, and build an information systems with a web presence. Students utilize all of the concepts and tools from the prior courses in this application. A team approach is used to develop creative ideas and observe the processes and factors crucial to a successful non-profit on-line business.  We prefer to work with Fort Worth non-profits who specifically target the disadvantaged population.  We do not accept projects for church memberships, major theaters or music groups, or large private schools. If a church sponsors a non-profit outreach group we do consider it.  Our goal is to make a difference in the community.  Proof of 501c3 is required.  Applications are due via email or fax by Tuesday, September 8th  at noon.  Decisions will be made on September 10th unless there are questions.  All decisions will be announced on September 10th at the latest.
