Susan G. Komen for the Cure Tarrant County

Susan G. Komen for the Cure® Tarrant County Affiliate is the community resource for breast health needs.   As part of the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and advocates, we are committed to ending breast cancer forever.   Komen Tarrant County empowers people in our community to work together to find a cure and provides local support to families affected by breast cancer.  75% of the net proceeds raised here each year stays in Tarrant County to fund grants that provide education, screening and treatment for uninsured or underserved women in our community.   25% supports the national Susan G. Komen for the Cure Award and Research Grant Program.

Our organization needs volunteers throughout the year to help with Race for the Cure, fundraising events, health fairs and educational events.
